If no ready-made pack fits, we can have a custom lithium battery pack designed. We have packs built to spec in custom sizes, shapes and voltages, and we handle the quote, fitting and support here. These are Fast E batteries, built to spec for us and fitted and supported by our team on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We quote every job, so you’ll get a price for your exact build.

What goes into a custom lithium battery pack
Here are example builds we can quote. Each one is a starting point, and the pack can be changed to suit your bike.- Designs based on your sketch, voltage, continuous and peak current and motor model
- No minimum order for custom builds
- Our packs use an ANT smart Bluetooth BMS, so you can monitor voltage and temperature in the ANT BMS app (iOS and Android).
- Cell options include EVE, Molicel and Samsung, depending on the build.
- Our packs use XT60 or XT90 connectors for charging and QS8 or QS10 for discharge. We can match your controller’s plug.
How the quote works
- Start a quote in the chat and pick Custom battery.
- Tell us the bike or application, voltage, capacity or range you want, controller, max continuous and peak current, connectors and quantity.
- Send photos and measurements (length, width, height) of the battery space, plus your postcode.
- We spec the build and come back with a quote and turnaround. We quote every job, so there are no set prices.
- Once you approve, the pack is built, then fitted at our workshop or sent to you by dangerous-goods road freight.
Shipping
Packs this size travel by dangerous-goods road freight, not Australia Post. You can also pick up your pack or have it fitted at our Sunshine Coast workshop.Worldwide supply and shipping
